Workspace Guide

Workspace Guide

From setup to daily execution

Use this rollout model to move from account creation and workspace setup into a repeatable operating cadence during your first 30 days.

1

Create the workspace, confirm organization context, and assign clear owners.

2

Run a dashboard-first weekly rhythm, then expand into sales, finance, and people workflows as needed.

First-Time Visual Flow

Follow this path when launching your team workspace for the first time.

STEP 1

Create Workspace

Register, create your first workspace, and establish the active organization context.

STEP 2

Invite Team

Add members early so ownership, collaboration, and permissions are visible from day one.

STEP 3

Define Roles & Access

Assign role boundaries and let permissions plus plan features shape who can do what.

STEP 4

Start Execution

Open Projects and CRM first so delivery work and pipeline activity become visible immediately.

STEP 5

Configure Operations

Set up billing, accountability, and sales document workflows where your current stage requires them.

STEP 6

Expand by Need

Add HR and deeper governance workflows when your team complexity makes them valuable.

First-Day Setup Checklist

  • • Confirm organization profile, active workspace context, and default settings
  • • Invite core members, validate access, and align role ownership
  • • Define primary owners for Dashboard, Projects, CRM, Billing, and Accountability
  • • Create the first active project and open the first CRM pipeline records
  • • Review plan access for Sales, HR, and other gated workflows

Daily Workspace Rhythm

  • Start: Open Dashboard and align on priorities
  • Execute: Progress project tasks and move client pipeline activity forward
  • Coordinate: Use Team/Communication for decisions and blockers
  • Control: Keep sales documents, accountability inputs, and billing status current
  • Close: Review HR and follow-up needs and prepare next-day focus

Recommended Module Sequence

For most teams, this sequence keeps adoption realistic while staying aligned with the implemented product flow:

Dashboard → Projects → CRM → Team & Communication → Accountability / Billing → Sales Docs → HR → Docs

Keep ownership explicit: one primary owner per module, with shared visibility for the rest of the team and plan-based expansion where needed.
