1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OperiqOS, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. SaaS Administrative Rights

OperiqOS is a managed platform. The SaaS Administrator ("Super Admin") reserves the right to access any data within the database for the purposes of platform maintenance, resolving technical issues, and enforcing platform policies. Users acknowledge that while their data is private relative to other tenants, it remains accessible to the platform's core administrative layer for operational purposes.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on OperiqOS's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

4. Limitations

In no event shall OperiqOS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.
