The Chaos Score™
The Chaos Score is a real-time metric that measures the amount of "entropy" or unresolved tasks in your workspace. It is designed to act as a smoke detector for your business.
The Algorithm
OperiqOS scans your database across four key modules to find "friction points." The score starts at **0 (Perfect Clarity)** and increases toward **100 (Operational Paralysis)**.

Weighting Factors
Not all chaos is created equal. Our engine applies different weights to different problems:
Blocked Items (15 pts)
Items marked as "Blocked" represent a complete stop in momentum. They are the most dangerous form of chaos.
Stale Deals (10 pts)
Deals in your CRM with no activity for more than 7 days represent lost revenue opportunity.
Overdue Tasks (5 pts)
Tasks past their deadline contribute to baseline noise but are often easier to resolve.
